Thanksgiving day dinner

We want to remember those who cannot gather around tables with family every Thanksgiving. We served a Thanksgiving dinner to approximately 600 people last year and we are looking forward to doing it again in a few weeks!  Meals were provided at the church, to the John George Home, Jackson Friendly Home, and Blackman Public Safety employees.

Volunteers, food donations, and financial gifts help us make this outreach possible. A detailed list of needed food items is at the Compassionate Ministries Information Center in the Commons. Checks can be made payable to CMJC with “Thanksgiving Dinner” in the memo line.
