Kid City is a ministry centered on the unique needs of children. Our weekly services are designed to help kids see that God is a relevant part of their everyday lives. We long for every child to accept God’s gift of salvation through Jesus, and learn how to follow Him every day, in all situations. Our church is a place where children can experience the presence of God in a unique way and be a part of the church body in action.

Kid City strives to love kids with the love of God and show them through relationships how awesome a personal relationship with Jesus can be.

What do the kids do?

Kids do what adults do in their worship service – worship God and learn more about Him! We believe children can and should know who God is and how to have a personal relationship with Him through Jesus. We also believe children are an integral part of the body of Christ – right now! They do not have to be grown up to matter to God.

Biblical Truth – The Bible is the ultimate source of Truth, and that kids can know and apply that Truth.

Excellence – We should use our creativity, gifts, and talents to their fullest extent, always giving our absolute best in everything we do.

Safety – Kid City must be a place where kids are safe physically, intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually.

Shepherding – Kids need strong adult Christian role models to help them learn more about Jesus and to understand the Bible as they grow in their faith.

Community – Kids need Christian friends to support and encourage each other, and to be an active part of the larger Church body.

Time with God – Kids are never too young to begin building good habits of prayer, Bible reading and memorization, and learning to listen to God.

Fun! – Church can be such an exciting place that kids can’t wait to come back each week, and want to bring their friends!

Weekend services (Sundays at 9:30 |11:15a) are a time for kids to bring their friends and hear basic truths about God and friendship with Jesus. Highlights of the weekend service include:

Engaging Worship – Fun, kid-friendly songs encourage all kids to praise our awesome God!

Creative Bible Lessons – Kids see and hear what may be a familiar story, but in a new and creative way that draws them in and helps answer the question, “So what does the Bible mean to me?”

Small Group Time – Kids divide into graded small groups for a time of community building and lesson application.

Our Midweek service on Wednesday nights (7:00p) is a little more laid back. A lesson is presented in a fun way with varied activities that help the kids understand and apply the Biblical truths to their lives.
