As people choose to serve, whether in our church, in the local community, or around the world, the impact of that service will change lives—for those serving, for the people they serve, and even for those who see them giving themselves for others.

It takes over 600 hours of work (by staff and volunteers) to make Sunday happen at JaxNaz. Are you willing to help? Our needs throughout the week are as diverse as the people we serve!

"Compassionate Ministries" is the term we use to describe our work for the poor and vulnerable in our city, county, nation and world. You can be part of this challenging and rewarding work.

As part of the global Church of the Nazarene, we are connected to ministries that reach around the world. A portion of our regular giving every week supports the international work of the Church of the Nazarene. We also send teams from JaxNaz to various states and countries to serve others in the name of Christ. And our international Nazarene Compassionate Ministries empowers us to serve the poor and vulnerable everywhere. Whether you have a passion to fight human trafficking, a stirring to provide clean water in remote world areas, a desire to sponsor a child or you want a place to send resources for disaster relief, NCM is a valued and trusted partner.
