Questions for Reflection

What are some ways in which you have bought into hustle culture? What has been neglected as a result? 

Things like rest, generosity, celebration, thanksgiving, service, offering, confession, and boundaries are God’s gift of grace to set us free from the hustle. Which of these do you need to introduce/reintroduce into your life in order to make space for God to be God? 

Rest and reflect upon the following: “Be still, and know that I am God.” (Psalm 46:10) Another version puts it this way: “Cease striving and know that I am God.” Still another way: “Relax/Let your hands drop/Loosen your grip and know that I am God.”

What area of AS YOURSELF most needs God’s attention: negative thinking, comparison trap, hustle lifestyle? Invite him to do his work in your life.
